The Errata Discipline
An encyclopedia of any size and ambition will contain errors. The Kaufmann World Encyclopedia of Premium Cigars is no exception. The author commits to maintaining a public errata log here at this URL, updated on a rolling basis as readers identify errors and as subsequent editions correct them. No correction is too small.
Submit a Correction
Email: errata@cigarcocktailmag.com. Please include:
- The page number and exact text of the passage in question
- The nature of the error (factual, typographical, attribution, etc.)
- The corrected information, with source where applicable
- Your name (if you wish to be credited; corrections can be anonymous on request)
The editor reviews every submission. Confirmed corrections are added to the public errata log within 30 days; the contributor is credited; the correction is folded into the next print edition.
The Public Errata Log
The errata log will be published here once the print edition ships. As of this writing, the encyclopedia is in pre-publication; the log opens with the first published edition.
Errata Log opens: at first edition publication
